Terms and Conditions

There will be no exceptions to any of the Terms and Conditions

  • No cancellation/refund possible after payment is completed.
  • Pass is transferable to another person of the same gender and category, at least 24 hours before the event starts.
  • Access is limited to the registered class (specific day, venue, etc.). Interchange of sessions is not permitted.
  • Registration cannot be cancelled. Rescheduling is possible to another class with the same or higher fee, subject to payment of the difference plus a 20% rescheduling charge. Applicable only to beginner workshop, depending on spot availability.
  • Fee is same irrespective of the number of classes attended. If you miss classes, there won’t be any refund (full or partial) or compensation either in terms of extended classes.
  • You can make-up for the missed classes via revision of previous class content at the beginning of each class or attend classes in other venues during your subscription period (1 such class only). No extensions. There will also be senior dancers who will help you catch up.
  • Late enrolments will be accepted if the class is not full – the term fee remains same irrespective from when you start to attend.
  • Batch will start if minimum 10 people register. Else your registration will be moved to next batch.
  • Your booking is not confirmed unless until you receive the email receipt for your payment. So please ensure you enter a valid email ID properly without any spelling mistakes. You would receive an email receipt once your payment is successfully credited to our account and that would serve as entry pass.
  • We reserve the right to admission to our events.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the events.
  • Any photographs or videos taken during class may be used for the purpose of promoting the school. Your participation in our classes implies your consent for the use of the same. You shall inform us beforehand, if you do not wish for your pictures/videos to be used.
  • If classes are cancelled due to the fault of the academy, the time will be made up. This will be done at the discretion of Bangalore Tango Academy. We will not be financially liable for classes or dates cancelled due to events beyond our reasonable control. We retain the right to change the advertised program of classes in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen, although anything we do find will be placed in lost property.
  • Your act of booking the tickets by making the payment means that you are in complete agreement with these terms and conditions.
