This intensive is built as a progressive, step-by-step training system. The curriculum focuses entirely on individual body mechanics and advanced social dynamics, allowing dancers to systematically upgrade their skills and unlock complete freedom of movement.
The training directly diagnoses and fixes errors in your grounding, axis, and structural balance by realigning the basic building blocks of body mechanics. Once this foundational framework is corrected, we transition into movement elegance. You will master unique techniques that feel like effortless cheat codes, along with smooth combinations built to help you glide freely across the room, making your movement simple, comfortable, and effortless on any crowded social floor.
Note for Absolute Beginners: A separate Introductory Workshop will be held on Friday. This session is included as a complementary addition for full pass holders, acting as a bridge to attend the intensive.
